OUR STORY
An idea that started out as a meat recipe and underground house music blog (hence, rib-haus) that then turned into a tent and a hot plate slinging burgers on the not-so mean streets of västerås and stockholm. To present day and we have one restaurant at saluhallen slakteriet and one at the park urban food court, erikslund - both located in västerås. As always, with the main focus to simply serve people banging burgers, wings and sides. No secrets or weird stuff - just good, honest food that you really want to eat.
